William Cron

Broker/Salesperson, Licensed in Michigan

William has been buying and selling things since he was old enough to make exact change. When he was four, it was paper airplanes for a quarter, later, a wagon load of books so he could buy video games for his Atari. When he was a teenager he ran a baseball card shop and sold candy surreptitiously at school to classmates needing a sugar fix. In college, it was loft beds to incoming freshmen, toe rings and parking spots during Art Fair, tickets to see Pearl Jam at Hill. Later he paid the bills buying and selling vintage postcards and historical maps on eBay. Used cars, furniture, books, antiques – you name it, he’s probably bought and sold it at some point.

The same love of negotiation, understanding of incentivization, and excitement for the thrill of the deal that William has carried with him since childhood ultimately led him to a career in real estate. In 2018, he founded Pleasant Peninsula Real Estate, where he now helps others with the buying and selling of very big things. He fundamentally believes that if a buyer wants to buy and a seller wants to sell, there’s almost always room for a deal that satisfies both.

These days, when he’s not striking deals, William spends his time watching Hugh Grant rom-coms (click here for my 5 favorites), complaining about Ann Arbor taxes, singing old TV theme songs, baking bread, and laughing at the ridiculous things that come of out of his kiddo’s mouth.

Amy Grude

Salesperson, Licensed in Michigan

If Amy was a dog, she’d be a mix between a poodle and a bulldog – a loyal, self-motivated learner with a touch of sass. And when something needs to be gotten after, she’s out there getting after it.

Amy has spent most of her career thus far at tech companies and startups, but preferred looking at Zillow all day over attending business meetings. She is known for being extremely organized, a strong communicator, and someone who makes things happen.

True Story: Amy was Bill’s second client ever when he was a brand new real-estate agent almost a decade ago. Read what happened here.

Amy believes that housing is a right and not a privilege and will do everything she can to help people who have been disadvantaged by our society. She joined Pleasant Peninsula in 2021 and now looks forward to business meetings.
